I bought all 3 of your products recently. I'm really glad I did! Scanner sent me an email a few days ago warning me that there was a SMART warning on one of the drives in my server. When I checked the drive, it was performing really badly and some of the files weren't opening. Trying to remove the drive from a drive pool refused to work so I followed the instructions to remove the drive manually (power off, physically remove etc.). Thanks to the way DrivePool works and with a lot of patience, I managed to somehow recover all of the files from the drive.
