Code Change Request

* [Issue #29092] Added the ability to assign disks to scan groups in Disk Settings:
    - Scan groups control whether disks are scanned in parallel or one at a time:
        - Assigning disks to different groups allows them to be scanned in parallel.
        - Assigning disks to the same group forces them to be scanned one at a time, which can reduce overall load on the bus.
    - "Do not interfere with other disks on the same controller" is disabled for disks assigned to a scan group.
