The logs submitted were really too verbose and as a result ended up being trimmed. So I can't be sure whether this was a result of store corruption.
I've modified log verbosity in the modules that were generating too much text and I've also added additional log messages to the JsonNodeStore which is responsible for loading persistent JSON settings.
Just to be clear, this is not a fix for spontaneously losing settings.
