This is not related to KB2267602 (definition update) failing to install. That KB fails to install on a clean Windows 10 OS with no 3rd party software installed at all (with error 0x80070643).

- This was causing an issue with Windows Defender on Windows 10 and Microsoft update KB4052623 (it did not affect Windows
