When using BackupRead to verify whether files are identical, stream ID 0x7 which contains the file's FILE_OBJECTID_INFORMATION will always differ on the BirthObjectId member. This member cannot be set and is always controlled by the underlying file system, and by definition, changes when a file is copied (whether it's backed up or not).
