For certain drives/controllers/buses, StableBit DrivePool should avoid using the disk in the case of Read Striping.
Specifically, for CloudDrive disks and iSCSI disks, we should try to read from a local/physical disk rather than the network based drive.
There are a number of reasons for this, but performance is the main reason here.
