* [Issue #20798] Amazon Cloud Drive now has a maximum limit of 2 upload and 2 download threads until the load issues can be resolved by 

  Amazon.

* [Issue #20798] Added a warning badge on the drive tab when using an experimental provider.

* [Issue #20798] Added a warning when creating a drive on an experimental provider.

* [Issue #20798] Marked the Amazon Cloud Drive provider (V2) as hidden and marked the original Amazon Cloud Drive provider as experimental. 

  Since Amazon revoked our production status, both providers are non-functional at this time. We are waiting on Amazon to upgrade their 

  infrastructure to support the kind of load that our program is generating.

I'm just going to put these changes under this IAR and mark it fixed, even though Amazon Cloud Drive is not fixed.

The issue is on Amazon's side and we're still waiting for them to respond with a resolution. Then we can move forward diagnosing any potential issues on our end.

In short, Amazon Cloud Drive is having issues right now. I wouldn't worry about it for now. Everything should be sorted out in the next public BETA release.

371 -> 379 was a format change. I'm thinking of rolling that back before the next BETA, and that will depend on Amazon's response.

We are waiting on Amazon for their infrastructure upgrade, and this is the main reason for the delay of the next BETA.
